In line with our mission, we are looking to recruit a Senior Solutions Consultant on our Professional Services team.

The Role

The Senior Solution Consultant is primarily responsible for analyzing the complex business problems being addressed by product, member, provider, regulatory and enterprise strategies, and new business cases and developing solutions for clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leverage your expertise in healthcare technology and digital transformation to support the mid-enterprise sales team throughout the client journey, including pre- and post-sale.
  • Facilitate a highly collaborative design process, working with internal and external teams to create a solution framework and flesh out all technology integrations, processes and configuration requirements.
  • Lead discovery sessions and ideation workshops with clients and prospective clients to identify business needs, goals, workflows, and guide discussions about how our product can help.
  • Project manage and conduct hands-in work in the solution, build, testing, prep and go-live, as well as documentation of requirements, test and use cases, training materials and other documentation as may be required, jumping in wherever you’re needed to ensure a successful client launch and transition.

Skills and Experience

  • Associate’s or higher degree in Business or related field, required.
  • 5 years of experience as a business analyst, required.
  • Experience in a software company providing implementation solutions to customers highly preferred.
  • Excellent problem solving, analytical and creative thinking skills, required.
  • Strong customer-facing and communication skills – verbal and written.
  • Familiarity with Ecteon product technologies (.NET, C# or VB NET, SQL, XML, HTML, CSS) preferred.
