Blu Omega is a Woman Owned Small Business IT services firm located in Washington, DC and supporting clients nationally. We provide Technology solutions for enterprise and government customers. Our team has a past performance in a diverse range of programs including those for Data Management, Cloud/Infrastructure, Software Development and Enterprise Applications.
We are seeking a Senior Technical Implementation Consultant who will be the SME for our client's custom workflow automation platform.
You will:
- Support new business development with existing customers and prospects in the B2B space as a targeted sales professional with emphasis on communicating the value of the platform and creating a differentiated solution vision for customers.
- Develop strong relationships with senior level executives, decision makers, and influencers within your portfolio and prospect universe.
- Use your expert knowledge of Third-Party (Supplier, Intermediary, Customer, Partner) Risk Management and Regulatory Compliance (Sanctions, AML, ABAC) to communicate value and fit between our capabilities and the client’s use case. Knowledge of CLM and ESG are a plus.
- Develop a deep understanding of our current and expected capabilities to shape client demand and ensure that proposed solution designs can be successfully delivered to exceed customer expectations in the planned implementation timeline.
- Support the implementation team with detailed transition plans and subject matter advisory upon closing business and remain connected and accountable for the health and success of implemented solutions.
- Act as the voice of the customer throughout all interactions across product, legal, finance, implementation, and customer success ensuring all teams are aware of trends and requirements in customer demand.
- As a thought and practice leader, participate in industry sponsored events to evangelize our solution and brand, including continually focusing on personal development for continuous learning and subject matter expertise tuning.
- Interpret client requirements and leverage judgement in determining how best to demonstrate our solution to customers using standard or customized demonstrations to espouse fit and differentiated value.
- Document requirements and solution design requirements using process flow diagrams, decision trees or other effective mechanisms to inform Solution Engineers, Configuration Analysts, and Implementation teams of the expected requirements, goals, key success factors for each customer interaction.
- Leverage solution and use case best practices to help inform, educate, and develop customer and internal relationships to increase collective ROI
Requirements:
- 10+ Years in a similar capacity with a proven track record of sales excellence working with large enterprise customers
- Bachelor’s Degree Required with preference for: Commerce, Engineering or similar
- Practical experience using process documentation and requirements gathering tools. MIRO or VISIO a plus
- Working knowledge of SOAP/REST APIs
- Results oriented and inherently curious mindset capable of influencing internal and external partners to drive priorities and outcomes
- Working knowledge of common systems customers leverage including their purpose/function/limitations ex: CRM, P2P, S2P, ERP, MDM, CLM
- Solid understanding of information management, relational databases, and common industry providers of commercial content used to support risk management functions
- Independent operator capable of taking limited direction and applying best course of action
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to create structure in ambiguous situations and design effective processes
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $140,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
