Main Tasks & Requirements
Hexagon’s Manufacturing Intelligence division is seeking a Sr. Technical Program Manager.

Responsibilities:
- Provides leadership and management on all R&D projects
- Oversees all aspects of the project using planning & monitoring and systems
- Implements and follows R&D procedures and project processes, reporting on the performance and initiating improvements for R&D
- Works closely with Hexagon teams globally
- Supports definition of a successful technology vision and product development strategy
- Works with sub-units and departments: System engineering and product marketing to understand requirements and definition of product roadmaps
- Works closely with product management to guarantee products are delivered on time
- Co-ordinates with external technology partners to reduce time to market, optimize product cost structure and maximize performance of existing product technologies
- Run the projects in an efficient and effective way to ensure that products are delivered on time, fulfilling requirements with the required quality whilst also keeping within the budgeted costs.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree a plus
- Minimum of 5-7 years of software project management experience, preferably in new product introduction in a high-tech industry
- Experienced in leading teams using Agile methodologies, Scrum and SAFe preferred
- SAFe RTE and Scrum Master certified
- Very good team leadership skills with a proven background of working together with an international team and staff at all levels of the organization
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to interact effectively with multi-functional team members
- Strong organizational skills
- Entrepreneurial drive and strong work ethics
- Ability to work independently and yet be fully accountable
- Strong sense of urgency, responsibility, and accountability
