ProSource Land Services a leader in the right of way, acquisition, and relocation industry, is searching for a Senior Title Specialist. Headquartered in Minneapolis, MN, ProSource is poised for expansion and growth. We are seeking a qualified Senior Title Specialist for work in the Cedar Rapids, IA area. We are looking for local candidates.

Senior Title SpecialistsDuties include:

· Conduct abstracting in court houses

· Interpret detailed plans, profiles, cross sections and including meets and bounds.

· Interpret transfer documents, lease agreements and easements.

· Provide technical information to owners, local officials, ,and private agencies

Position Requirements:

Title Agent candidates must possess the following qualifications:

· High school diploma or GED, preferred bachelor degree preferred

· Minimum 2 years’ experience in abstracting / title examination preferred

· Demonstrated good judgement and decision making skills

· Good interpersonal skills building and engaging rapport with internal and external clients along with the ability to resolve problematic resolution issues quickly and efficiently

· Good written and verbal communication skills to all levels across the company and external clients including the ability to write clearly and succinctly and in a manner that is clear to a wide audience

· Ability to interpret and analyze complex detailed data including legal descriptions, and engineering maps/surveys/drawings

· Positive can-do attitude and resolution orientation and willingness to engage in collaborative process

· Self-directed, ability to set and meet project goals and objectives and work within defined budgets
