Job Summary:

We are looking for a qualified Senior UI/UX Designer to join the MixMode team. This will be a fully remote position. This individual will work closely with our product and engineering teams to design and build experiences that make the customer experience exceptionally smooth. This individual will also collaborate with all our MixMode teams to ensure consistency and a unified vision for the platform. As a Senior UI/UX Designer, you should have experience working cross-functionally with peers, key partners, and executives to build results. You should be a strong communicator, storyteller, and possess proficient facilitation and collaboration abilities. Ultimately, you should be able to execute outcomes well, lead and inspire others, and use complex enterprise applications.

Responsibilities:

• Work closely with product management, engineering, and other cross-functional partners to define product strategy and improve the product's user experience.
• Address all user experience queries promptly.
• Work as a part of a collaborative team.
• Facilitate conversations and deliberations with engineers and product managers for brainstorming and problem-solving.
• Produce testing and enhancement of user experiences.
• Track and manage the revisions of user experience, from early-stage research and ideation, through application and execution.
• Lead the design team to execute and deliver on product design.

Requirements:

• Proven work experience as a UI/UX Designer.
• 5+ years of hands-on professional experience in technical positions required.
• Ideally, have experience designing SaaS or other complex enterprise applications.
• Experienced professional in the field, confirmed by Conceptual Thinking & Modeling, User-centeredness and analysis, and Technical & Product Knowledge.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Excellent organizational skills.
• Strong execution skills, proficiency in modern tools such as Figma, Mural, & InVision.
