Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Greet all customers with enthusiasm and respect.
- Set and confirm appointments.
- Writing of repair orders
- Working between the technician and customer.
- Assisting your client through the service process.
- Working with warranty clerk to ensure proper warranty processing and disclosure.
- Handle customer complaints with a compassionate and professional attitude.
- Eager to sell warranties, inspections and other extra essentials to customers.
- Keep CSI at Manufacture standard.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $33,703.00 - $93,925.00 per year
