We are constantly growing and are excited to announce an opening for a Service Agreement Coordinator on our Customer Service Team! Duties/Responsibilities:

• responsible for the upkeep of 1900+ Homecare Memberships:
• Schedule Recurring services
• Update HomeCarememberships with new installs
• Cancel memberships as requested
• Assistmarketing with reminder emails
• Follow up with customers to add additionalsystems not
• Schedule electrical inspections as needed
• Ensure all HomeCare memberships are called/scheduled seasonally
• Oversee the maintenanceboard to keep maintenance techs busy
• Communicate with expiring customers & send out renewal invoices
• Send out new HomeCarecustomer letters to new customers.
• Run welcome letter report, send form on customer’s page and remove tag.
• Renew or sell new memberships
• Other duties as assigned

Required Skills/Abilities:

• Excellent communication skills, including active listening.
• Service-oriented attitude.
• Proficiency with computer skills, and ability to learn new software. Preference is given to those with at least a year of experience working in Service Titan or in a similar software used in HVAC, Plumbing, or Electrical home services.
• Availability to work Monday - Friday with the occasional Saturday.

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
