Experienced Service Coordinator

Position Requirements (inclusive of but not necessarily limited to the following)

#EXPSOS

· Oversight and coordination of work orders

· Work order data entry

· Coordination and scheduling of equipment maintenance

· Apply accounting and warranty codes to work orders

· Proofread and review technician notes to ensure customer accuracy

· Productivity reporting

· Ensures all change orders are properly documented and processed.

· Ensure that inventory and equipment is received properly and expedite/follow through on receipt.

· Problem solve discrepancies and resolve all invoice issues with accounts payable where price or terms do not agree with the purchase order and receipt.

· Performs other duties as assigned.

Required Experience

· Must have good customer service and people skills

· Customer service oriented with good business sensibilities

· Self-motivated with ability to prioritize

· Sense of urgency when completing task

· Proficient with Microsoft Word and basic Excel skills for basic spreadsheets

· Must be detailed oriented & very organized

· Strong oral and written communication skills

Job Type: Full-time

· Monday to Friday 7-5pm

Pay: $23.00 - $28.00 per hour
