The Growing Place, Inc. is an ABA and speech therapy clinic providing 1:1 therapy services for children with autism. The Growing Place strives to provide excellent service and care to our families and team members. We have two locations in Anderson that are approximately 1 mile apart, which allows the Service Coordinator to go in between buildings with ease. The Growing Place is seeking an individual who desires to be a part of a growing team and enjoys helping others. We need a person who is highly organized and has a professional demeanor. This job is fast-paced and requires self-motivation. The role of the Service Coordinator encompasses many different responsibilities. These responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Assist with weekly scheduling
• Schedule tours and assessments
• Update weekly calendars
• Proficient in Word and Excel or Google Docs
• Excellent writing and communication skills
• Plan company activities and events, as well as weekly outings
• Correspondence with potential patients/families, employees, and stakeholders via telephone, email, and text messages
• Contact insurance companies
• Input patient authorizations
• Strong organizational skills to include efficiently and effectively maintaining renewal dates for patient and staff-related needs
• Maintain office organization
• Assist with weekly billing
• Maintain a positive workplace culture

The Service Coordinator has the potential for an annual salary as opposed to hourly wages based off experience and level of education. We have a great team and exciting work environment. Come grow with us!
