To provide new or existing customers with the technical information and support. To provide the installation and the production supports as per NTC’s request. To drive service success that improves customer satisfaction, maximizes customer retention and increases profitability.
Key Job Responsibilities
Basic troubleshooting, installation, maintenance and repair on Transfer Machines, Machine Centers, Grinding Machines, Komatsu Crankshaft Miller, Semiconductor Wafer Slicing Equipment.
Responsible for the service maintenance and repair needs of the customer’s equipment by diagnosing errors or technical problems and determining proper solutions
Mechanical/ Electrical/ Operational Training on Transfer Machines, Machine Centers, Grinding Machines, Komatsu Crankshaft Miller, Semiconductor Wafer Slicing Equipment.
Responsible to manage on-site training as required including developing & preparing of training materials.
Communication
Cooperate with Technical Team/Parts Sales, Machine Sales Team, and share information across the organization. Build positive relationships with customers.
Qualifications/Requirements
High school education and more than 3 years of additional technical school education or equivalent industry related experience (Mechanical, and/or Electrical etc.) Associate Degree with emphasis in Mechanical, Electrical, or Fluid Dynamics is preferable.
Excellent customer service, listening and verbal communication skills. Self starter as well as team builder.
Ability to travel up to 70%, with some overnight travel. Flexibility to travel on short notice as well.
Job management skill. (Supervise sub-contractors and/or customer’s maintenance personnel.)
Physical Requirements: able to work at heights up to 6 ft, lift up to 50 lbs., kneeling, squatting, climbing ladders
