The Service & Reliability Cell Technician (Technical Support Associate Analyst) will be responsible for performing preventative maintenance and repairs on the automated drug dispensing system (ADDS). The Technicians will intervene and apply the appropriate corrective measures to ensure machine stability and system reliability.
This position is eligible for a $2,500 sign-on bonus (external candidates only)
Responsibilities
Perform preventive maintenance
Execute cell testing
Troubleshoot cells
Investigate the causes of failures
Understand and perform drug quarantine procedures
Participate in Six Sigma projects and process improvement efforts
Create and complete work orders as assigned
Other duties as may be assigned by manager/supervisor
Needs the ability to be able to mesh together various infrastructure components, such as servers, storage, networks, and virtualization.
Qualifications
High School diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred.
Experience in a machine operation capacity.
Excellent quality and efficiency in the current position.
Must possess sound judgment and decision making skills.
Must have demonstrated attention to detail.
Must possess outstanding organizational skills.
Must have an excellent attendance record.
Comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs. or more.
Comfortable working with machinery to repair and maintain functionally.
Comfortable working in a production/fulfillment environment.
Prior to this posting, the employee must meet or exceed current department performance standards and have no verbal or written disciplinary actions.
Previous electrical/electronic maintenance related experience preferred.
Flexible to work 2nd shift Sunday, Wednesday-Friday, 3:20PM-11:50PM.
This role is Worksite dependent and can only be per-formed onsite.
If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload.
