Responsible for the architecture, development, and maintenance of integrations across the ServiceNow platform. Candidate will be a member of the program architecture team and collaborate with many groups to further design, implement and maintain best of breed solutions enabling the Agency's multi-system environment to operate together efficiently. A successful candidate will have a history of providing exceptional customer service, working independently, and a demonstrated foundation in ServiceNow architecture and development, highlighting experience with Integration Hub and custom integration development.

Responsibilities

• Define the architecture of ServiceNow integrations and oversee their successful deployment
• Utilize Integration Hub Pro/Enterprise spokes, applications, and Flow Designer for solutions
• Deliver products and services defined throughout the life cycle of the project and resolve post-production deficiencies
• Provide primary point of contact for technical project teams for ServiceNow integration solutions
• Utilize proven development experience to manage and participate in designing Workflows, Business Rules, Dashboards, Script Includes, Notifications, Integrations, process automation application customization using scripting, forms, lists, tables, Business Rules, UI Scripts, Flow Designer, etc. to deliver solutions that meet requirements through agile stories.
• Understanding the business context and how to translate business and functional requirements into a sustainable ServiceNow implementation through requirements gathering and analysis, design, development, testing, training, and implementation
• Build transform maps to import external data sources and maintain integrations
• Provide insight and expertise into the ServiceNow platform capabilities and roadmap
• Communicate with technical and non-technical customers by answering questions related to ServiceNow Platform
• Provide additional support based on subject matter expertise

Qualifications

Required Skills:

• High School with 6 - 9 years (or commensurate experience)
• Certified ServiceNow Developer with 5+ years of relevant development experience
• Experience in architecting and deploying large-scale ServiceNow integrations or implementations
• Expertise with the ServiceNow Common Service Data Model (CSDM)
• Excellent knowledge of ServiceNow best practices and ongoing knowledge of the latest ServiceNow features
• Knowledge and experience with Web 2.0 technologies, such as Java scripting, XML, HTML, Ajax, CSS, JSON, jQuery, AngularJS, etc.
• Experience with implementing integrations with tools & systems via API, XML, REST/SOAP
• Experiences with Integration Hub Pro/Enterprise and Flow Designer
• Demonstrated experience in the technical solution and development/implementation of ServiceNow modules, including migrating of legacy applications to the ServiceNow platform
• Strong innovation and collaboration skills
• Ability to communicate technical concepts/ideas/topics to a range of audiences including non-technical groups.
