Job description

Plymouth Congregational Church in New Plymouth Idaho is looking for a Settled Pastor. This person should have 2 years experience as an ordained Pastor including all aspects of pastoral duties. The position requires you to commit "1/2 time" with our UCC, United Church of Christ, congregation. Responsibilities at this time are primarily Sunday worship services but will include other traditional Pastoral duties from time to time. In that it is only 1/2 time it is a great opportunity to be a bi-vocational position for our applicants.

Responsibilities to include preaching sermons to the congregation, organizing charitable activities and church events, meeting with members of their congregation to help them strengthen their faith or overcome significant life changes, among other pastoral duties.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $2,000.00 - $3,000.00 per month

COVID-19 considerations:
We do take precautions in the church for health and safety reasons. We offer complimentary face masks in our foyer and have hand sanitizer all around the church. We ask that congregants maintain some distance between family groups when inside the church

• New Plymouth, ID 83655: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (Preferred)
