This position may be mostly remote, but must reside in Utah.

This position will be assigned to the Shared Services Department, assisting staff at the following Steward Health Care facilities: Davis Hospital, Jordan Valley Medical Center, JVMC West Valley Campus, Salt Lake Regional Medical Center, Mountain Point Medical Center.
Position Summary
Assists with administrative support services for the Steward National Traveler Network and Market Float Pools. Coordinates the day-to-day functions of Shared Services as requested. Follows Policies & Procedures, and Rules and Regulations.
Key Responsibilities

• Assist with daily timecard reconciliation
• Participates in collection of current licensure from personnel
• Coordinates Employee Health visits on behalf of Human Resources
• Provides administrative and compliance support for Shared Services
• Completes additional duties as assigned

Requirements

• Associates Degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
• One year of healthcare experience required.
• Excellent communication skills, verbal and written.
• Computer literacy to include advanced spreadsheet, database management, and word processing skills and demonstrated ability to master new software programs quickly and as necessary.
• Ability to work with sensitive information that requires strict confidentiality.
