• Provides overall facility supervision; includes opening, closing, and securing facility at appropriate times
• Ensures compliance with all cash handling policies and procedures
• Supervises all admissions, concessions, operations, party host, Bounce House, and skate guard staff during shift
• Meets admissions needs and operates the Zamboni as requested (training provided)
• Ensures compliance with operational regulations, policies, procedures, and standards of safety as directed by management
• Provides first aid assistance as needed
• Provides exceptional internal and external customer service

Minimum Qualifications:
Requires two years of relevant work and supervisory experience, HS diploma (or equivalent), and valid state driver’s license. Must be available to work nights and weekends. Must be willing to obtain CPR/First Aid Training.
