• Manage the Shipping window.
• Communicate and provide direction to visitors and truck drivers.
• Manage the primary shipping phone line.
• Timely and accurately complete Advanced Shipping Notices (ASN) on a daily basis.
• Provide administrative support to the shipping department.
• Receive and distribute packages delivered to the shipping office.
• Coordinate with Shipping and Sales to ensure customer shipping requirements are met.
• Cross Train with shipping office personnel.
• Provide 2nd shift Shipping Clerk coverage as requested.
• Other miscellaneous duties as assigned - based on experience other duties may include mobile equipment and shipping responsibilities.

• H.S. Diploma required.
• Ability to Multitask, detail-oriented, great organizational skills.
• Must be able to lift up to 45lbs.
• Previous experience in a shipping environment preferred.
• Excellent Attendance
• Microsoft Office with an emphasis on Excel.
