Overall Purpose of Position: The Shipping Clerk is responsible for ensuring that accurate shipments of product are made to the customer in a timely manner based on customer requirements.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

* Coordinates shipments with carriers.

* Communicates required shipping instructions to shop floor shippers.

* Interfaces with all levels of the organization regarding shipping requirements.

* Develops required paperwork for customer shipments to meet shipping
guidelines and regulations.

* Ensures shipments are made in prescribed manner by the customer.

* Maintains appropriate records of customer shipments.

* Ensures that finished goods inventory is managed based on company policies.

Skills and Qualifications:

* Good organizational skills

* Goal-oriented and able to work under pressure.

* Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $18.00 per hour
