All About You
JOB SUMMARY
Under general direction, oversees the development, management, and maintenance of scholarship policies, procedures, and operations; works to improve scholarship delivery systems; maximizes office efficiency to improve effectiveness; ensures compliance and timeliness of scholarship entry and preparation of information for the Web; serves as liaison with various constituents.
Job Duties

Oversees, coordinates, publishes, and monitors scholarship policies and procedures; trains staff.

Supervises and assists with entry of scholarship information into student records; updates and changes records regarding federal and state grants; certifies documents to facilitate payment of outside scholarships.

Assists with financial reconciliations; develops and disseminates reports for reconciliations and compliance reviews; assists in resolutions and troubleshooting.

Maintains information regarding institutional, state, federal, and outside scholarships to disseminate and publicize in various formats.

Assists with advising and counseling students, parents, agencies, and University staff on all aspects of student financial services; conducts presentations.

Performs special projects and other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's degree with two (2) years of related experience.
