Job description

We are urgently seeking for Shipping & Receiving for Southside of Jacksonville, FL.

_ Shipping, Receiving, and Inventory Control_

• Shipping of Parts, panels, etc.
• Clean, Wrap, panels / parts
• Fill out bill of lading
• Coordinate with truck lines on shipments
• Create UPS shipping Tickets for small packages
• Check-in parts
• Stock job boxes with received parts
• Inspect received parts for damage and missing items
• Communicate with Production Control Specialist on missing parts
• Conduct weekly inventory count for purchasing of stock parts
• Coordinate with plant manager on stock parts / supplies ordering
• Ensure all paperwork is included with panel at shipment
• Clean panels prior to shipping
• Immediately put away consignment orders in proper areas
• Maintain paperwork accuracy – turn in all paper work to Plant Manger
• Operate Forklift
• Pull stocked parts for BOM

Shop Maintenance

• Keep shop neat and orderly
• Sweep floors – general areas
• Keep outside near dumpsters neat & orderly
• Empty garbage
• Coordinate the handling of scraps (wire, metal, etc..)

Customer Service

• Always be courteous and address customer needs in a professional manner

Monday-Friday 7AM-4PM (12-1 lunch break)
Location: Jacksonville, FL 32207

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
