Job description

• Ensure the showroom is visually and attractively merchandised to include stocking, designing and re-designing merchandise/displays with appropriate lighting, labeling products to reflect company quality standards.
• Provide exceptional customer service for all clients and/or potential clients working with Tile, Stone, Countertops and Cabinets.
• Develop and maintain strong business relationships with designers, installers, architects, dealers, vendors, and homeowners.
• Assist (and sell to) homeowners, designers and contractors with their selection for residential and commercial projects and make recommendations when appropriate.
• Maximize all sales opportunities.
• Participate in providing content for social media platforms.
• Order samples for guests and showroom, write orders, collect payments, answer phones, track orders, back up customer service as needed.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned.
• Weekend Availability - Currently we are open Saturday from 9-1, on a rotating schedule consisting of 1x every 5 weeks.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $35,000.00 - $40,000.00 per year
