Strategic ACI is seeking an experienced Signals Intelligence (SIGINT) Engineer to join our team. Strategic ACI provides specialized systems engineering, acquisition, and intelligence support to multiple Intelligence Community customers. As a SIGINT Engineer, you will provide technical leadership in the development of requirements and support to acquisition of future intelligence systems and ground stations.
Responsibilities:

• Ensure requirements align with government directives regarding future SIGINT expeditionary ground station objectives
• Foster productive cross-functional relationships with employees, contractors and 3rd party vendors/entities to ensure customer-focused results
• Develop plans, analysis, and designs for multipurpose, SIGINT and geospatially enabled systems that support future expeditionary space ground station prototyping
• Design and construe to the customer implementation strategies that support future expeditionary space ground station systems integrations, with currently operational system architectures
• Analyze, develop and communicate recommendations to the customer regarding the future design of the system and network architectures, ensuring optimal systems operations assessments during integration and test events
• Conduct comprehensive risk assessments, document data and process flows, identify resource requirements for primary resources, secondary resources, ancillary systems, personnel, facilities, and communication.

Qualifications:
Required:

• Active TS/SCI Clearance
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or commensurate experience
• The candidate will possess fundamental systems engineering/analysis skill-sets and competencies
• Understanding of GEOINT and SIGINT capabilities
• Knowledge of Army TENCAP mission/operations
• Experience in process engineering, improvement, and process workflow
• Ability to develop and present effective technical presentations
• Experience in Microsoft Office applications, graphic/visual diagram editing, geospatial maps, and imagery

Desired:

• Knowledge of SIGINT and GEOINT platforms and architectures with the Army
• Experience working with the Sensor Integrated Profile (SIP) and the DoD Information Technology Standards Registry (DISR)
• Knowledge of the OGC Sensor Web Enablement (SWE) standards and sensor integration strategies in alignment with the SWE standards
