Amazon Pharmacy is looking for a Fulfillment Center Site Leader with a strong focus on quality and associate experience. The Site Leader is responsible for all safety, quality, customer experience, budgetary, people development and operations objectives. The Site Leader will lead a team of Operations and Shift Managers, coaching and mentoring the team to ensure performance objectives are met, building positive employee relations and building leadership bench strength within the organization. The successful candidate will continuously improve the efficiency of processes and instill a culture of customer obsession, quality, and best-practice sharing.

- Drives creation of quality initiatives, process change initiatives and other Lean initiatives to enable
- Responsible for the overall safety, quality, performance and customer experience of the
