• 
  Experienced with and able to use hand tools varying from a tape measure, razor knives, screw gun, drill, saw, grinder, etc...
• Must be able to regularly Lift/Push/Pull weights of 50 lbs.
• Must have ability to climb in a safe manner (climbing as a minimum includes stairs, scaffolding, ladders and ramps) to access boats and boat equipment
• Ability to work in a non-climate-controlled environment
• Must be able to work independently while staying on task
• Must be able to solve problems with little assistance
• Must have an attention to detail and the ability to identify defects
• Previous assembly experience is preferred (Examples - consoles, leaning posts, hard tops, glassing and foaming boxes)

Work Environment

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently exposed to fumes or airborne particles, moving mechanical parts and vibration. The noise level in the work environment can be loud.

• Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) requirements include eye protection, hearing protection, gloves, protective suits, dusts masks and respirators
• The employee is occasionally required to sit; climb or balance; and stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl. The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 15 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
• Employees must be able to work a 10-hour shift or more in one workday including planned and unplanned overtime
• Exhibits ability to work cautiously but efficiently in potentially hazardous conditions
