POSITION SUMMARY

Role is responsible for reporting and analysis, partnering and servicing internal and subcontractor stakeholders to leverage Smartsheet products-first in administration of my client’s Project Management Office (PMO), and later for a broader enterprise level approach. Additionally, position partners with stakeholders to define processes and supports the tracking and monitoring for PMO,

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

· Collects data and information for analysis, review, forecasting, trending and presents information for operational and business planning using Smartsheet solutions alongside existing Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tool (Salesforce suite) and Business Intelligence (BI) tools (Power BI and Azure).

· Create use cases based on solutions delivered, tracking related efficiencies gained and other benefits derived from the solution

· Serves as a Smartsheet subject matter expert (SME) on Smartsheet product capabilities and assists with user questions, Smartsheet configuration planning, and ongoing Smartsheet process improvements

· Translate business requirements into solutions that best leverage the Smartsheet platform and Alliant staff time

· Develop and document tools, processes, and best practices to ensure business customers are realizing the greatest possible value from Smartsheet

· Coordinates activities including requirements collection, data management, solutioning, build, test, launch, and production/operations support

· Administers and continuously coordinates and shares relevant technology trends within the Smartsheet ecosystem and work management tools

· Develop and document processes and standard methodologies to ensure customers are realizing the greatest possible value from digital workflows

· Collaborates with internal subject matter experts and data analysts to provide input on reports and dashboards supporting PMO and program/project management activities

· Processes and supports business activities for the NQIIC as needed, with a particular focus on assisting with Salesforce and Pardot activities as needed. These support activities would be in an end user or power user role, and not as an administrator.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES

· Familiarity with government healthcare programs (i.e., Medicare and Medicaid) and public health policies.

· Ability to work independently and with a team

· Ability to manage time and prioritize work

· Ability to think creatively and critically

· Ability to analyze and evaluate problems and find innovative approaches to resolution.

· Ability to plan and manage numerous processes, people and projects simultaneously.

· Ability to travel by car or plane to Company locations, customer meetings or other locations as needed.

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, AND TRAINING

Required:

· Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent Work Experience

· 3 years of experience developing and documenting processes and procedures supporting business operations.

· 2 years of Smartsheet Core Product experience

· 3 years with core Microsoft Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)

· 2 years using Business Intelligence tools (Excel, Access, Power BI, Tableau, etc.) to support business operations

· 3 years supporting internal customer or departmental needs in a support role, such as a project or business analyst

Preferred:

· Healthcare, government and/or nonprofit experience

· At least one year of experience using Smartsheet Premium products. This includes Dynamic View, Data Mesh, Pivot, Salesforce Connector, Control Center, and Blueprints.

· Experience using Salesforce CRM and Pardot to support business operations as an end user

· Experience supporting a Project Management Office (PMO), either using Smartsheet or some other capacity

· Experience using Microsoft Power BI

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
