Job description
The Supply Chain Information Technology (SCIT) Integrated Business Planning (IBP) team is responsible for providing business solutions to increase the efficacy and efficiency of Intel's planning processes, including product roadmap, demand, supply, inventory, sales/revenue, financial, capital, and pricing planning. The Sales and Operations Planning team is responsible for providing solutions for Intel's strategic planning processes, aligned to Intel's reference architecture. This is an exciting time to join the team as we digitally transform the business processes and solutioning for this critical planning function in close partnership with the business. This role is responsible and accountable for the data enablement required to enable Intel's holistic Sales and Operations Planning processes, including the master, transactional and parametric data required (including manufacturing process capacities). This includes close partnership with the business and IT teams to prioritize the data required to enable functional capabilities spanning a proof of concept through to the path to production.
Minimum Qualifications: Bachelors or Masters of Science degree in Computer Science or equivalent 10+ years of IT working experience in leading the deployment of supply chain planning or forecasting software solutions Strong knowledge of the data required to enable SnOP, including master, transactional and parametric data. Demonstrated expertise in leading organizations through the delivery of complete SnOP data modeling. Knowledge of Extract-Transform-Load (ETL) best practices Experience in leading highly functional matrixed development teams Excellent business partnership, verbal and written communication skills Preferred Qualifications: Experience with Enterprise Class Planning Solutions (i.e. Kinaxis, Blue Yonder or SAP IBP). Experience in deploying comprehensive data models required to support SnOP implementations. Experience in deploying and sustaining enterprise-class planning solutions. 3-5 years in leading/managing a team

Annual Salary Range for jobs which could be performed in US, California: $127,260.00-$203,620.00
This role is available as a fully home-based and generally would require you to attend Intel sites only occasionally based on business need. This role may also be available as our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site. In certain circumstances the work model may change to accommodate business needs.
