POSITION SUMMARY
This position serves as a key team member to ensure our customer properties are beautiful, safe, and well maintained. Our snowplow operators are responsible for snow removal at all assigned jobs.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Ability to safely operate a truck with an attached plow
- Works autonomously demonstrating strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Demonstrates high quality decision making in a fast paced and quickly evolving environment
- Completes all required documentation of job status
- Proficient use all required technology, such as tablets and software for job tracking
- Demonstrates timely and effective communication
- Works collaboratively with the team and company leadership
- Consistently follows all company policies and procedures
- Communication and behavior are consistent with company values
- Provides excellent customer service
- Employee may be assigned other duties within the scope of their skills
QUALIFICATIONS
Required
- 1+ season of snow plow truck operation experience
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record. Valid DOT card or ability to obtain one
- Ability to pass a pre- employment drug test.

- Frequent sitting, walking, bending, stooping, turning/twisting at the waist

- Duties are performed outdoors under all types of weather conditions
WORKING CONDITIONS
- Work is performed outside. Environment includes dust from machinery as well as noise from machines.
