About the position:

Kelly Faetanini seeks a Social Media Content Creator responsible for developing and curating all social media imagery for the brand. This position must be local to the NY/NJ Hoboken and New York office.

This is a REMOTE position but requires in person availability in the NY/NJ Hoboken office and requires the working hours in Eastern Standard Time (New York). Experience with an apparel company is required. Bridal experience is a plus.

Duties include, but are not limited to:

Plan, shoot, edit, produce, and execute all facets of photography and videography specifically with social media in mind

• Attend photoshoots, bridal market, and miscellaneous events to capture content

• Foster an environment of creativity to create social media content that attracts customers, increases engagement, growth and brand awareness and consistency

• Always be testing and developing new ideas and content

• Plan content calendar with an external agency

• Maintain a high level of organization and strong attention to detail

• Ensure strong working relationships with each department and individual stakeholders to ensure cohesiveness amongst all branding efforts

• Maintain a substantial degree of knowledge on each aspect of content trends

Requirements

• Exceptional creative and communication skills (verbal and written)

• Ability to meet deadlines and be agile in scheduling

• Proven track record of executing and developing social media content

• Ability to think creatively and strategically and communicate at the executive level, coupled with top-notch organizational skills and attention to detail

• In depth understanding and passion for social media

• Able to work and think quickly

• Must be able to prioritize a heavy workload with exceptional organizational and time management skills

• Able to meet deadlines and turn out content quickly and efficiently

• Experience operating in a fast scaling or start-up business a plus

• Portfolio or examples of previous work in relevant industry or social media
