YOUR DIRECT RESPONSIBILITIES
- Create engaging and shareable content for Discord including blogs, newsletter, promotional videos, surveys, etc.
- Plan and execute Discord community initiatives and programs
- Cultivate a sense of community and connection among viewers
- Host and organize community events
- Collect useful feedback and metrics from fans
- Build and implement strategic community development campaigns
- Report feedback of community engagements, opinions, and viewpoints
- Gather support metrics for research on topics and trends as it relates to the TBNR brand and community
- Create viral and impactful moments within our communities
REQUIREMENTS
- 3+ years of experience with Community Management
- Strong knowledge of Discord
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
