Compensation: $66 - $76 /hr
Job Description:
- Responsible for writing software programs to maintain and control computer systems, software for operating systems, networked systems, or database systems.
- Responsible for creating the software platform and then fine-tuning the final program after it has been made.
- Ability to work independently and manage ones time.
- Knowledge of the full software development lifecycle from business systems analysis through requirements gathering and functional specification.
- Ability to troubleshoot code and make system changes as needed to resolve issue.
- Knowledge of computer development languages such as Angular, SQL, and Java.
- Modify existing software to correct errors to adapt it to new hardware or to upgrade interfaces and improve performance.
- Consult with engineering staff to evaluate interface between hardware and software.
- Develop specifications and performance requirements.
- Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent experience in Computer Science or related discipline
- Angular – 1 to 3 years experience developing SPA applications using the Angular typescript based web application framework is required.
- Deep knowledge of Angular practices and commonly used modules based on work experience.
- Familiarity with Jasmine unit tests and execution.
- 3+ years experience writing dynamic SQL for data access.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft C# language to develop web services based on work experience.
- 3+ years experience developing and deploying Web API services.
- Proficiency with JavaScript, HTML5 and CSS.
- Professional precise communication skills.
- Proficient with Microsoft Visual Studio/Visual Studio Code and Azure Dev Ops
- Experience with setting up and configuring web applications in Microsoft Internet Information Services and Windows Server.
- Experience with writing and executing Automated Acceptance Tests.
- Experience using Bootstrap styles and components in web applications.
