Responsibilities:

  • Implement and rollout new Salesforce Org
  • Proactively identify areas for improvement and introduce innovative recommendations, factoring in business needs, external approaches, data analytics, as well as industry best practices.
  • Conduct a full range of programming tasks including design, development, testing, and documentation for complex projects leveraging the Salesforce platform.
  • Salesforce platform development with SFDX, including Apex, Lightning Web Components, SOQL/SOSL and Integrations
  • Create and maintain technical documentation related to solutions developed.
  • Provide daily support to end users including managing issue resolution and performing root cause analysis.
  • Work closely with peers, management, and other teams across Zinnia Health.

Qualifications:

  • 3 + years of experience on an agile development team using a modern programming language (Apex/Java/C#/Scala/Python/Go)
  • 2 + years of database management experience
  • Strong understanding of database design principals, i.e., database normalization (1NF, 2NF, 3NF), data integrity rules, relationships, etc.
  • 2 + years of Salesforce Development experience to include configuration, customization, programming with APEX, Triggers, Workflows with actions, Approval Processes, Reports & Dashboards
  • Advanced Salesforce user and administrator skills (including using permissions, roles, profile, queues, security setup, views, and page layouts)
  • In-depth understanding of capabilities and constraints of the SFDC CRM application coupled with good understanding of the business processes (Sales, Marketing, Customer Support, etc.)
  • Team player with demonstrated ability to effectively communicate technical issues and resolve problems at all levels

Education:

  • Bachelor of Science in Computer Science or related discipline or equivalent education and experience
  • Salesforce certifications
