Job description
- Under general supervision, performs and/or coordinates installation, maintenance and modification of assigned Health System applications to meet customer and Health System requirements.
- Acts as the liaison between the operational or functional users areas, vendors and other technical staff.
- Communicates technical requirements to teammates and management, and provides assistance to teammates in an effort to enhance the overall services provided by the team.
- Maintains or develops application and process documentation.
- Responsibilities and tasks are completed according to established standards within the assigned timeframe with guidance from more senior staff as needed. Includes use of project management and service management tools.
- Solutions developed or modified are thoroughly tested to prevent production implementation problems.
- Communicates appropriately and professionally at all times.
- In addition to the above job responsibilities, other duties may be assigned.
Experience preferred providing IT system administration for any of the following healthcare applications or similar applications: Agility, cNext, RLDatix Risk and Feedback, Theradoc, Sleepworks, Breezesuite, Obix, AS-OBGYN, Rosch, Cactus sProvider, Sidexis.
Position Compensation Range: $32.62 - $52.19 Hourly
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- Education: High school diploma required. Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Experience: 3 years of relevant experience.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS
This is primarily a sedentary job involving extensive use of desktop computers. The job does occasionally require traveling some distance to attend meetings and provide application support.
