Job description
As a Blue Raven Solar Electrical Contractor (Electrical Qualifier) you will be our license holder and one of our main advocates with the state of Michigan. Electricians must be well versed in residential wiring. This position will require the individual to have the ability to communicate with other electricians, city and county inspectors, install managers, and our corporate office effectively and efficiently. Reliable communication is absolutely crucial.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Communicate effectively and efficiently with install crews (when needed)
- Attend remote meetings with directors and managers at Blue Raven Solar, when required
- Problem solve electrical and jurisdictional situations as needed
REQUIREMENTS (Education, Experience, Certifications, And Other Skills)
- Working knowledge of current NEC codes.
- Must have working knowledge and experience replacing residential electrical services and distribution panels.
- PV Solar installation experience is preferred but not required.
- Must be experienced with all required hand and power tools associated with the electrical trade.
- Ability to read and interpret single line drawings.
- Must have an Michigan master electrician license.
- Must not be qualifying any other company.
COMPENSATION:
- $1,000/month
