Preferred Qualifications

· 2-3 Years store management experience in the spa, fitness, or hospitality industry

· 2-3 Years B2C or Retail Sales Experience

· 2-3 Years B2C or Retail Customer Service Experience

· Experience with booking software(s)

· Goal Orientated with a can-do attitude for overcoming challenges and changes

· Analytical mindset with the ability to create action and results from statistics

Responsibilities/Typical Day

First (and maybe most importantly), our managers train, coach, develop, and help our estheticians deliver the utmost, highest level of service that our clients have come to expect. They are usually our first and last point of contact with clientele, so it's important our managers are knowledgeable and comfortable selling products, memberships, and packages. Customer service skills will go a long way, too! Operationally, they are responsible for maximizing store sales, setting schedules, assisting estheticians, assisting with payroll, and making sure the store looks perfect!

The appearance, including cleanliness, store prep, and merchandising are all the responsibility of the manager. When the manager comes to work every day, they are looking for anything out of place. They are also ensuring the store is prepped and ready to see clients. An eye for detail will be an important characteristic for success in this portion of the job.

How do we evaluate our Managers? We look at a few KPIs:

· Store sales and performance

· Client feedback as measured by our client review system

· Customer Service and Retention

· Product sales

· Membership/package sales

· Staff Turnover

· Positive Attitude

Other requirements:

· A current California Esthetics or Cosmetology license

· Up to date knowledge of today's relevant beauty treatments, trends, and popular skincare ingredients

· Ability to work weekends and be flexible.

· Desire and passion to help others achieve their skincare goals
