Summary: The Spa Manager is responsible for the successful operation of an upscale Salon and Spa. Responsible for maintaining a high-level of quality service to maximize the guest experience.

Essential:

• Responsible for overseeing the professional services of cutting, coloring, styling, scalp and facial treatments, manicures, and pedicures, skin treatments to include facials, extractions, full body treatments, body massages, and body treatments to meet the expectations of each guest.
• Perform guest consultation and post treatment recommendations with the ability to educate guests on products and home regimens.
• Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and sanitation.
• Conduct inventory and maintain and organize an appropriate par level of supplies.
• Responsible for assisting with phone sales, facility tours, service scheduling, and other Spa duties as necessary.
• Must demonstrate excellent time management skills and a fun, energetic, courteous, and professional demeanor.
• Ensure all goals are met, programs are implemented successfully, and all facility equipment is maintained.
• Provide exceptional guest service for all external and internal customers.
• Responsible for the operation of the Spa department, successful performance of employees, and a favorable guest experience.
• Responsible for effectively managing, delegating duties, and the performance and development of department staff; inclusive of interviewing, hiring, training, evaluating, coaching, and termination of staff.
• Manage expenses based on budgeted guidelines and business volumes to include payroll and staffing levels.
• Must maintain reasonable accessibility by phone for business purposes.
• Assures an environment which emphasizes cooperation, communication, and teamwork with all departments.
• Support compliance with all internal procedures and regulatory requirements, including those associated with underage and intoxicated guests.
• Supports current law and policy to provide a work environment free from illegal and discriminatory behavior.
• Complete job duties with minimal supervision, maintain acceptable attendance, and use appropriate judgment.
• Job duties, tasks, work hours, work requirements, and other duties as assigned may be added or changed at any time.

Required:

Applies moderately complex practical procedures or systems and/or specialized skills, which require some technical knowledge to apply. Typically requires a one year certificate from college or technical school; or twelve months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Schedule:

Full-time that varies based on events and holidays and includes days, nights and weekends.

Salary:
Highly competitive salary based on experience with 80 hours of Paid Time off upon hire.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 - $66,000.00 per year
