Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa is a national franchise with 3 locations in the Sandhills. The Fayetteville location seeks a highly motivated and outgoing Sales Associate to join our team.
Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa is dedicated to providing outstanding customer service in a team-oriented environment. Sales Associates are vital in helping achieve this goal, as they are the first introduction many clients have to Hand & Stone. This is a 30-40 hour per week position, with a competitive hourly wage. There is also an opportunity to earn healthy sales commissions dependent on performance. The ideal candidate for this job will possess confidence while selling the Hand & Stone Lifestyle Program, and provide superlative customer service.
The primary duties for our Spa Associates are:
- Greet all clients as they enter the spa
- Check clients in and out efficiently and cordially
- Answer the telephone and manage the appointment book
- Communicate the needs of clients to the therapists or estheticians
- Present and sell the Hand & Stone Lifestyle Program to all clients
- Perform follow-up and appointment confirmation calls to clients
- Assist with daily spa maintenance tasks
Experience and skill requirements:
- 2-4 years of competitive sales experience
- Must be able to participate in a team and goal-driven environment
- Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where multi-tasking is necessary
- Must show proficiency in computer and mathematic skills
- Night and weekend hours are required
