Special Programs Specialist

CRST the Transportation Solutions, Inc. is looking to add a Special Programs Specialist to our growing organization in Columbus, OH.

Hours: Monday – Friday 9:00 am – 5:30 pm

Job Summary: CRST Specialized Solutions division is the carrier of choice for customers requiring on-site, high-touch, and specialized handling. We manage deliveries for a wide range of products for the tech, communications, electronics, and healthcare industries (and many more). Our experienced drivers safely load, unload, and set up products for consumers and companies.

The Special Programs Specialist is responsible for controlling and monitoring various programs within the distribution center.

Job Responsibilities:

• Inbound, outbound, pick, pack, and staging of freight
• Manage inventory
• Report daily/weekly/monthly inventory on hand
• Resolve discrepancies
• Coordinate with agents and customers to ensure SOPs are followed
• Process monthly billing
• Complete F365 and update VACC
• Prioritize work each day to meet deadlines

Job Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED required
• 6 - 12 months in a related field required
