Job description
Assists maintain the perimeter of the property, including installation and/or repairs to streets, curbs, sidewalks, fences or other barriers, outer walls of structures, and related duties.
Duties:
- Builds forms and pours concrete.
- Cuts out and patches asphalt.
- Removes and/or installs paver bricks, barbecue grills, etc.
- Digs trenches.
- Operates heavy equipment such as front-end loader, forklift, and related equipment.
- Installs and repairs fencing and barriers.
- Participates in major clean-up projects such as lakefront, storm damage, etc.
- Operates chainsaw.
- Any other construction projects not covered by contractors.
- Cleans up the work area and leave it in a neat, safe condition.
- Must always adhere to all safety requirements and use the proper PPE.
- Sets up and uses ladders and/or scaffolding, as well as boom and scissor lifts.
- Ability to assist all other trades when needed.
- Drive golf carts and company-tagged vehicles as per policy.
Qualifications
To perform this job successfully, you must have excellent communication skills and be able to read, write and speak English fluently. Additionally, the person must possess and adhere to the following core values:
