Specialize Travel Consultant
We currently have multiple opportunities for experienced Corporate Travel Consultants for the Ovation division of Amex GBT. Corporate experience and a strong client focus are required. This is a virtual, remote, work-from-home position and is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Travel Consultant to join an excellent travel team.
*Qualified candidates should be available to work Monday - Friday, 8-hour shifts between 8:00 am – 9:00pm ET.
Job Requirements:
o At least 5 years of experience as a corporate travel consultant with superior problem-solving skills
o Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
o Excellent SABRE skills
o Passionate about customer service and the ability to service executive level travelers in a dedicated or multi-client configuration
o Ability to understand, communicate, and comply with standard operating procedures, including adherence to client travel policies
o Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and demanding environment
o Capability to adapt to changing environments
Location
The US national hourly wage range for this position is from $20.00 per hour to $35.00 per hour. The national range provided includes the hourly rate that GBT expects to pay for the role. Actual hourly wage rate will be based on factors including the scope and complexity of the role and the successful candidate’s relevant experience, skills, knowledge, and work location.
