- Obtains and ensures quality specimens to support patient care.
- Provides clerical support to the department which contributes to patient care.
- Demonstrate proper communication skills to ensure positive outcomes.
- Supports organizational priorities to maintain compliance with regulatory and accreditation standards.
- Demonstrate problem-solving skills to support positive outcomes.
- High School/GED; Technical School or 2 Years College (preferred)
- Successful completion of the Baxter/Cerner Registration Training Session with evaluated registration skills, multitasking and prioritizing skills.
- Knowledge of laboratory science and medical terminology.
- Office experience, computer skills experience, other applicable experience.
