Speech Language Pathologist

Marshfield Clinic Health System has opportunities throughout northern, central, and western Wisconsin.

Our Speech Language Pathologists enjoy:

• A diverse patient caseload to include pediatric and adult outpatients, inpatients, and Swingbed patients.
• Working in collaboration with PT, SLP, and other OTs for a team approach to patient care.
• Many opportunities for personal growth and learning throughout the system
• Specialization is supported by an annual continuing education allowance

The Speech-Language Pathologist provides evaluation, diagnosis and treatment of communication, cognitive/communication and swallowing disorders in patients of all ages. He/she makes appropriate referrals inside the institution and to outside agencies as appropriate.

Requires:

• Master of Arts or Master of Science in Speech‐Language Pathology
• Two years of clinical experience preferred
• Current Wisconsin DRL Licensure/Certificate of Clinical Competence from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification awarded by the American Heart Association (AHA) within three months of hire; at time of hire preferred
