Job Posting: Speech Language Pathologist (Multiple Openings)
Location: Near Halethorpe, MD

Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive speech and language services to students.
- Conduct assessments and evaluations to determine students' communication needs.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and interventions.
- Deliver direct therapy services to students, both individually and in group settings.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support students' communication skills.
- Monitor and document student progress, adjusting therapy plans as necessary.
- Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings and contribute to students' educational plans.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of therapy sessions and student progress.
Requirements:
- Active license in Speech-Language Pathology.
- Previous experience working as a Speech Language Pathologist, preferably in a school setting.
- Strong knowledge of speech and language disorders and assessment techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
