Strategic Analysis, Inc (SA) is seeking a versatile, skilled Sr. Acquisition Analyst to support the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency's (NGA) Research and Development (R&D) activities within the Research Directorate (NGA Research). NGA delivers world-class geospatial intelligence that provides a decisive advantage to policymakers, military service members, intelligence professionals and first responders.

Support NGA and their mission, it is of paramount importance that SA exceed client expectations with high integrity and focused attention to milestones.

In this role, the Sr. Acquisition Analyst will assist in coordinating and administratively managing R&D acquisition activities, to include activities associated with various R&D solicitations and vehicles included, but not limited to: BAAs, SBIR programs, STTR programs, contracts with UARCs/ FFRDCs, Other Transactions (OTs), and administration of Grants and Cooperative Agreements with Universities.

Sr. Acquisition Analyst Required Qualifications:

Education: BA/BS, MA/MS or PhD in business, management, systems management, public administration. Experience may be substituted for education.

Clearance: Active TS/SCI Clearance

Experience

• 
  Knowledge of and experience with DoD acquisition, including the Planning, Programming, and Budget Execution (PPBE) and Program Objective Memorandum (POM) processes.
• Understanding and experience in pre-Award activities including the development of Acquisition documentation (Special Notices, RFIs, RFPs, BAA solicitations, market research, IGCEs, SOWs, SOOs, PWSs;
• Experience in source selection/scientific review evaluation process for R&D.

Preferred Qualifications:

• 
  Technical Degree in physics, mathematics, chemistry, computer science, or engineering, or dual major with business, management, systems management
• Acquisition experience in the US Government as a Government civilian or military.
• Familiarity with NGA’s acquisition systems and policy, including Orbit, PRISM, and Research Acquisition System (RAS) or similar financial systems.
