We are currently searching for Senior Manager, Digital Marketing . This person will be based in our corporate office in Norcross, GA, with a flex schedule for home office option.


The Senior Manager, Digital Marketing is responsible for MHC’s digital marketing strategy, roadmap and activation deliverables for select brands and initiatives. Defining how best to leverage the latest digital technologies, current assets and channels to optimize MHC’s connection to our customers and industry driving engagement, brand health, awareness, customer relationships and sales optimization.


KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • Responsible for the MHC strategic digital communications and marketing roadmap. Working closely with leadership to determine focus areas and priorities that support our annual strategic framework.
  • Builds strategic omni channel digital marketing campaigns and annual plans in close partnership with Marketing that support demand generation across the funnel including but not limited to these key platforms: SEO/SEM, email, paid and organic social media, display and mobile.
  • Owns the social media strategy, planning and activation including optimization of all key social channels. Responsible ensuring social media marketing guidelines are in place and posts are executed and posted in a timely manner.
  • Defines, analyzes, tracks and socializes digital KPIs across traffic, engagement, conversion and stickiness.
  • Ensure that MHC is leveraging the latest technology, best practices and trends in med device, health care and other leading business sectors.
  • Manages all assigned US web sites including display strategy and the production of promotional microsites / landing pages, insuring on brand construction and optimization. Continuously improving the UI/UX, driving traffic, unique visitors and overall stickiness.
  • Collaborates with global to ensure that the US web (Web + Microsites) presence represents the needs of the local market while accurately representing the global brand identity. Oversees all web and microsite activities from strategy to activation.
  • Manage the flow of work and appropriate graphics resources to ensure timely and successful project completion.
  • Work closely with the Marketing team to develop creative ideas, graphic design, sales collateral, proposals and other digital assets.
  • Ensure a creative yet consistent look and feel that adheres to and supports our company brand.
  • Develop specific project cost estimates, negotiate pricing, and monitor expenditures on a per project basis.
  • Leverages project management best practices including timeline development, milestone, budget and stakeholder management to ensure projects are visible and delivered on time and complete.
  • Partners closely with the Marketing Automation team to ensure digital content is in place to fuel campaigns and journeys.
  • Drives lead generation and lead nurturing strategy (MQL + SQL) and best practices in close collaboration with the marketing automation team. Also responsible for the communication and key CRM benchmarks to sales.
  • Provides strategic direction on digital advertising and programmatic media buys. Proficient at Google Ads words, Facebook, LinkedIn and other social media platforms.
  • Directs digital and creative agencies as needed to ensure the adherence to MHC’s digital strategies and KPIs.
  • Determine and drive growth opportunities through new or improved content in collaboration with MHC’s creative solution/UX design team.
  • Optimize PR channels to drive digital, downstream engagement and search optimization
  • Lead vendor contact negotiations ensuring MHC’s needs are met at the best price.
  • Share best practice of digital marketing

KEY DECISIONS

  • Digital marketing go-to-market strategy and how our products and events are communicated digitally to our customers and our industry.
  • Ensure proper sign-off, routing and filing of corporate materials as mandated by Legal and Regulatory Affairs.

COMPETENCIES

  • Must be highly organized, detail oriented and flexible with excellent project management skills
  • High level verbal and written communication skills necessary to establish and maintain working relationship with internal management team and external vendors and suppliers.
  • Able to forecast and establish budgets and project timelines with little to no supervision.
  • Able to establish and maintain working relationship with internal and external client base.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

  • BS/MS degree in marketing or a related field
  • Proven working experience in digital marketing with at least 7 years of experience required
  • Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns
  • Experience in strategic and operational web management
  • Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
  • Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels
  • Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments
  • Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Net Insight, Omniture, Web Trends)
  • Working knowledge of ad serving tools (e.g., DART, Atlas)
  • Google AdWords certified
  • Working knowledge of web content management
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
  • Strong working knowledge of design and brand development with an aesthetic that can capture the various products of Molnlycke Health Care.
  • Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, particularly InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Dreamweaver and Acrobat
  • Experience with Microsoft Office (Mac & Windows) required
  • Excellent writing and grammar skills
  • Experience with motion media, animation, video, interactive media and illustration a plus
  • Experience with medical device or medical subject matter a plus
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Experience with salesforce.com Pardot and Engage platforms
  • Employees hired after November 1, 2021 are required to be fully vaccinated within 30 days of their employment as a requirement of employment. During the first 30 days, if not already fully vaccinated, employees will be required to test weekly at their own expense.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

  • Minimal US and/or International travel required
  • Office environment: Work is generally sedentary in nature, but may require standing and walking for up to 10% of the work day.
  • Must be able to read, write, and communicate fluently in English.
  • Must exhibit strategic vision and coach/mentor stakeholders in the digital marketing vision
  • Must be able to work standard business hours and exhibit a strong work ethic and leadership skills
