Description
Summary:
Responsible for a wide variety of executive administrative functions in support of the Executive Team.
Essential Duties/Functions:
Provide high-level executive administrative support with demonstrated proficiency required to manage dynamic executive-level demands
Schedule and organize domestic/international travel for multiple people and groups
Prepare presentations, agendas, reports, and special projects using MO365 to support the organization.
Work closely with the executive team to maintain the executive calendar, regularly arrange meetings, appointments and conferences and any associated hotel and travel accommodations
Prepares expense reports for travel and other expenses as needed
Performs all other duties as assigned.
Education Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred.
Years of Experience:
5-7 years of previous administrative support of senior-level executive competence in an office environment is preferred.
Demands:
Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality.
Have a professional demeanor; ability to interact effectively with all levels within the organization and externally.
Proficiency in office productivity software such as MS Office
