Sr. Inside Sales Representative

Ideal candidates will call business-to-business Fortune 5000 companies selling the top names in data communication (i.e.: Dell, HP, and Cisco). Essential functions:

• Establish and maintain new and existing customer relationships over the phone
• Prospect and talk to a minimum of 10 decision makers daily (60+ calls daily)
• Learn, understand, and maintain Salesforce (CRM) and quoting system
• Ballpark and present price quotes including negotiation
• Represent Network Craze professionally and striving for total customer satisfaction
• Primary responsibility for overall profitability and growth of your account base

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:

• Work in a fast-paced team environment
• Talk to management level prospects or customers over the phone
• Make multiple cold calls daily
• Excellent organizational and customer service skills
• Ability to think and communicate on the fly
• Data communications knowledge a plus

Qualifications/Experience:

• 1+ years Business to Business or telephone sales

Education:

• HS diploma required
• College experience helpful (business, marketing, sales or similar preferred)

Salary: $40,000 - $60,000 plus commission depending on experience
