LABOR ANALYST:

At Jushi Holdings Inc.”) (CSE: JUSH) (OTCQX: JUSHF), we are shaping the future of the cannabis industry, the fastest growing jobs sector in the U.S. under the direction of the Sr. Director of Financial Planning & Analysis, the Labor Analyst will be responsible for labor planning, analyses, standards, consistency, and budget assistance supporting all three business verticals.
THE TEAM:

Each day, Jushi team members continue to grow, cultivate, process and manufacture a comprehensive suite of cannabis brands under the names: The Bank, The Lab, Tasteology, Nira + Medicinalsand Sèche, which are addressing a wide variety of consumer and patient needs across multiple states.
WHAT YOU WILL DO:
- Attention to detail and high capability for data mining and analytical work.
- Prepares and manages the analyses of daily, weekly, and monthly reporting of Workforce Staffing performance via Key Performance Indicators
- Assist all locations in the preparation of productivity standards for all labor positions for use in labor productivity analysis, including working with respective departments
- Assist in development of base drivers for labor standard for each labor position
- Review all business operations to ensure that consistent practice, policy, and procedure for labor reporting is adhered to
- Review and analyze scheduling practices
- Coordinate the implementation of labor and scheduling systems for the entire company
- Review and analysis of daily operating reports for all locations
- Leads and drives projects, of increasing scale and complexity, and manages programs through completion
- Hands on interface and assistance to the labor planning/analysis of for the entire organization
- Assist in budgeting across properties to adhere to agreed upon productivity standards
- Evolves and implements strategies based off consistently changing needs of the business by tracking hiring event schedules and forecasted attendance rates
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
- Strong Microsoft Excel and database analysis experience required
- B.S. in Computer Science/Engineering/Economics/Math/Finance or related discipline
- MBA a plus
- 3+ years of relevant experience in a labor analyst, data analyst or statistical analysis role
- Excellent analytical, investigative, and problem-solving skills
- Experience managing and prioritizing business types and locations, projects, and relationships
- Proven experience in developing requirements and formulating business metrics for reporting
- Professional experience working with large data sets and writing complex SQL queries to pull data
- Ability to build and maintain effective working relationships with a range of people at all levels in the organization
- Excellent planning, organizational and time management skills with the ability to deal with multiple demands on time
- Modeling data and metadata to support ad-hoc and pre-built reporting
- Superior verbal and written communications skills are a must, as well as the ability to work effectively with multiple teams and external organizations
- Strong project management experience; evidence of running complex programs
- Superior communication skills, including the proven ability to effectively manage, influence, negotiate and communicate with external business partners and internal teams
- Ability to work successfully in a dynamic, ambiguous environment
