- Proactively build talent pipelines to support a dynamic, fast paced environment
- Manage full life cycle recruiting, including proactive sourcing, screening, assessing, managing the interview process, and hiring
- Understanding Talent Acquisition's ability to operate as strategic business partner vs service delivery model

- Operate as strategic talent leader and subject expert in developing recruiting initiatives
- Experience partnering closely with Technology leaders, HRBP's, Compensation, and others across the enterprise

How you can make a difference:
- Partner with technology managers to provide leadership in search development, candidate sourcing, screening, and translating business strategy into talent and recruitment strategy
- Hands-on delivery of full life-cycle recruiting for Technology functions
- Expertly assess talent and present the best matches to the business
- Manage candidate and hiring manager expectations to ensure a smooth recruiting process
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the interview and onboarding processes
- Differentiate VillageMD as employer of choice by embodying the values and proudly representing the brand
- Bring a focus on data: excited by the role data can play in improving recruiting outcomes, individual performance, and processes

- You are self-starting and maintain a high sense of urgency and accountability in delivering measurable results in line with agreed upon timeframes
Experience to drive change:
- Minimum 3 years technical talent acquisition experience: at least 1 year as part of an internal TA team required, ideally in a fast-paced, scaling organization, 1 year agency experience preferred
- Experience conducting full-cycle recruiting of Technology positions required; including but not limited to: Applications Configuration, Software and Data Engineers, IT Support, Cloud Infrastructure, Security Operations, etc
- Managing a req volume of 25+ openings on average successfully demonstrating impact on time to fill and time to accept
- Ability to gain rapport with others quickly building a strong internal and external network
- An understanding of employment law basics, interviewing best practices and behavioral based interviews
- Dedication to Diversity, Inclusion, and Belonging, with a passion for advocating for more inclusive approaches to hiring
- Manage the ATS to effectively track and manage candidates, data and – experience with Greenhouse a plus
- Strong, proactive sourcing skills including research, outreach and pipeline development, with a deep understanding of sourcing technology, market trends, and talent strategy
- Understanding of metrics including pipeline data, hiring forecasts and recruiting capacity
- Experience identifying problems and implementing innovative solutions
- Positive attitude and outlook manifested in a solutions-oriented approach
- Strong communication, organization, and attention to detail

For Colorado Residents only: The target hiring compensation range for this role is $85,000 to $100,000. At VillageMD, compensation is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, location, etc. This role may be eligible for annual/quarterly bonus incentives (if applicable), and the selected candidate will be eligible for a valuable company benefits plan, including health insurance, dental insurance, life insurance, and access to a 401k plan with company match.
