Staff Pharmacist - Per Diem

As a per diem, nonexempt CPS Solutions, LLC Staff Pharmacist , you will fill orders with accuracy; check technician-prepared products before release; maintain security of pharmacy and controlled substances; enter orders and patient information with accuracy; aid in the training of new staff; update the Director about the daily activities of the pharmacy; and aid the Director in maintaining the pharmacy.
Schedule: This position is scheduled to work up to 19 hours a week. This position will work two days per week.
About the Facility: Morrow County Hospital has been providing healthcare services to the community since February 12, 1952. We are a 25-bed critical access hospital, and we are the community's primary healthcare facility offering a wide range of services. As a critical access hospital, Morrow County Hospital improves access to healthcare by keeping essential services local. We offer more than 20 specialties, including heart and vascular, orthopedics, surgery, emergency medicine, urology and more. We provide imaging, laboratory and rehabilitation services at three locations as well as primary care at four physician office locations. CPS Solutions, LLC has partnered with the hospital to manage the day to day operations of this pharmacy. This position is an employee of CPS Solutions, LLC.
About the Pharmacy: The Pharmacy is opened Monday through Friday from 8:00am - 4:30pm.

Required Qualifications:
- Pharmacy degree (BS or PharmD) from an ACPE accredited school of pharmacy
- Current Pharmacist license in good standing in the state of practice
- Two years experience as a Pharmacist in a Hospital setting preferred
- Ability to work independently, set priorities, make critical decisions, and respond to client concerns
- Demonstrated accuracy and timeliness in a work setting
- Experience using computer applications including word processing, spreadsheets, and pharmacy information systems
- Effective communications skills; verbal and written
Hospital Requirements: (may be required)
- (PPD) TB Skin Test - Proof of negative TB skin test within the last 12 months
- (MMR) Measles, Mumps and Rubella or A Blood Titer proving immunity
- Varicella - (2) documented doses or A Blood Titer proving
- Hep B3 Series (or declination)
- (Flu) Influenza-required for hire between Oct 1 st -April 30 th
- COVID Vaccine-Full (required)
