A Stewarding Supervisor is primarily responsible for leading a team of Stewards in maintaining the cleanliness of all hotel china, silverware, and cookware. Responsibilities also includes supervising cleaning any area of the food and beverage function within the hotel. The Stewarding Supervisor may also be assigned to coordinate activities of kitchen and dining-room workers during events. The person in this role will be responsible for regularly reviewing inventory to make sure we have adequate equipment in all food & beverage areas of the hotel. Other duties may include, but are not limited to, placing equipment purchase orders, receiving supplies and distributing them to the appropriate departments. This person must have good communication skills and have the ability to lift, pull and push a moderate amount of weight. This is a fast-paced position that will involve constant customer interaction.
