Maple Knoll Village, a continuing care retirement community in Springdale, OH, is looking for Full Time and PRN State Tested Nurse Aides (STNA). STNAs are needed for both dayshift (7a-7p) and night shift (7p-7a). COVID-19 vaccine is a requirement for employment; however, if applicable, medical and religious exemption submissions can be submitted and reviewed by the COVID committee prior to job offer.
Starting pay for a fulltime position is $16.50 per hour, pay is based off prior STNA experience. $1.00 shift differential for those working night shift (7p-7a). PRN minimum requirements are 3 shifts per month. PRN pay rate is $16.00 per hour.
The primary purpose of the State Tested Nurse Assistant (STNA) position is to provide residents with routine daily nursing and personal care services in accordance with the resident's assessment and care plan and also within the standards of safety, sanitation, departmental budget and established policies and procedures. This position is also required to document the care and services in an accurately and timely manner.
Primary Responsibilities: Greets and assists residents with the transitions to and from the Nursing Home; including but not limited to; storing and marking personal clothing and possessions, introductions to staff and roommates; ensuring the necessary supplies and equipment are available to the resident.
